2006 is nearly at an end and I am amazed at how much writing that I have been able to do this year. Some days I wasn’t certain that I had it in me! However, blogging has been a great experience. The numbers show that our blogs here at adoptionblogs.com are well read, and that in itself is rewarding.

Therefore, I would like to thank all those who have helped me in my blogging adventures in 2006. Stats indicate that our blogs are receiving a great deal of traffic. I appreciate readers as well as commenters. Some commenters have shared some wonderfully moving portions of their own adoption stories, and I always love hearing your own stories.

A few emails have suggested topics that you would like to read about that, and those are always very welcome as well. Although I generally have plenty of ideas, it is always great to hear suggestions. Keep them coming! Two fertile sources have helped me tremendously as well – Pam Hasagewa and Ann Wilmer’s adoption news services. Both of these resources have provided many touching reunion stories and other adoption related articles and events.

The opportunity to blog here at adoptionblogs.com is much appreciated. Working with our Editor, Nancy Ashe, has been an enriching and enjoyable experience for me. I truly appreciate all her support and dedication.

Last, but certainly not least, are my adoption friends and family. Nearly every friend with any connection to adoption has shown up in a blog post or two. I appreciate knowing them all and being able to share their search and reunion stories. Nearly everyone in my life ends up in a blog post eventually!

Thank you all for making my blogging experience a rewarding and fun experience! I appreciate you all and hope that you continue to read.
