There is a new web cast focused on adoption: The Adoption Show: Voices Ending the Myth.
The show currently exists as a web cast or web radio show, so you can only listen in by going to their website, either during or after the show.
On Sunday, Sept. 17, the show will be about searchers who find a grave. Guests include Denise Leitch, a mother who started "Found and Lost," an online support group for these searchers; and a woman who was given up for adoption whose mother died 12 years before she found her this past Mother's Day.
The link for the web cast is http://www.theadoptionshow.com/htm.
This web cast is going to air, Sunday, September 17th at 5:30PM pacific time or 8:30PM eastern standard time. The web cast will also air in Thailand and I believe that is 8:30AM in Thailand.
Immediately following the how, a chat room will be opened up on the website for discussion of the issues discussed on the web cast.

If you have found a grave, or think that finding a grave is a reality for you specific situation, this is something that you won’t want to miss. I have known Denise Leitch for several years now and she is a wonderful person. She relinquished her son to adoption and years later learned that he had passed on. She went through all of the grief and issues and has done a tremendous amount of healing and growing. I am sure the web cast will informational, educational and a wonderful resource of support for those who have also found a grave.
When I found my birth mother deceased, I felt as if I was all alone. I felt that no one knew the pain that I was going through. I felt that there was no one who could validate for me that what I was feeling was a healthy and normal part of the grieving process. This was almost 13 years ago and as adoption search and revolutionized, this is not the case. It has happened to others and you are not alone. Reach out and let others help you get through the grief, anger, and emotions you may be experiencing.
