Another story is of a 13 years old female who was raped. This is how she lost her virginity and she got pregnant and had never even had her first period. She was raped, stabbed more times than she could count and was found unconscious by a friend. The 13 year old made her friend swear not to tell her parents. The 13 year old was scared that her dad wouldn’t love her anymore because she wasn’t a virgin. The reason she thought this was that her 17 year old sister had lost her virginity resulting in a strained relationship between her and her dad. She was daddy’s little girl and didn’t want that to happen to her.

The friend and her mother sewed the stab wounds up with fishing line and nothing was ever said to the victims parents. The victim knew right from the beginning that she was pregnant as a result of this rape and she chose not to tell her parents because she knew they would make her have an abortion. This was something she didn’t want to do. She finally told her parent when she was seven months pregnant.

The victims mother took her to the ER and told the doctors she was a slut and was pregnant. The doctor examined the victim, saw the fishing line, the scars, and seeping wounds and called the victims father at home. The doctor told the father what the mother said, told him that this was not consensual and they could still abort. The victim was scared and refused as earnestly as she could. The father agreed that she could carry the baby to full term and he would support her in whatever she chose. The next day the victim saw an ad in the newspaper of a couple seeking to adopt a baby. The young teenager responded to that ad and was connected to the attorney who placed the ad. The teenager chose adoption.
